Is God first in your life?

Think about it?
What are you focusing on right now?
God designed this plan and it works perfectly!
Move your priorities around
and watch chaos begin, guaranteed!
If you desire a solid marriage, build it on God's
foundation;
constantly study God's wisdom on Christian marriage,
the roles of husband and wife,
and strengthening your walk with the Lord.
This results in a firm foundation for your marriage and
life.
Keep God first in your life
always!!
This means remaining faithful to God and His Word.
This means diligently seeking to understand and obey the
scriptures in ones life.
Do you wonder how this works? By walking in constant
obedience to God
you will have less opportunity to make the "wrong decisions"
and "reap" unpleasant side effects in your life.
Following Christ does not mean that you never face trials,
but rather when trials come into your life you will be
equipped
to understand and handle them.
Following Christ is not easy
though!
It is much more than saying your Christian.
Your life must be an example of the Christian life.
If you ever wonder if what you "want" to do is the
"Christian" way,
ask yourself this question!
Could I see Jesus doing this or acting in this manner?
Psalm 127:1
Unless
the Lord builds the house,
they labor in vain who build it.
Proverbs 24:3
Through
wisdom a house is built,
And by understanding is is established;
Joshua 1:8
This
Book of Law shall not depart from your mouth,
but you shall meditate in it day and night,
that you may observe to do according to all that is written
in it.
For then you will make your way prosperous,
and then you will have good success
Colossians 3:1-2
If then
you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are
above,
where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.
Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.*
*Seek...things....above-meaning:
Look to Christ and those things that draw you to Him-
not to earthly ideas and values of people.

If you are having relationship
problems with your mate, ask yourself...Am I choosing
to "love" this person! or am I choosing not to
love!
-
Do you need to put the "eyes
of Jesus" on! What do you see?
-
Say "I Love You!
-
Reach back in your heart to
all those "sweet memories" you have with your mate! It's
fun to bring them back, then realize just why you picked
this person to spend your lifetime with!
Marriage is a true blessing from God!
Next to your devotion to our
wonderful Lord & Savior, your marriage should be treated as
second most important thing in your life! Keeping your
marriage together effects everyone; your children, your
friends, your co-workers, your life! Make the time to
nurture it! One of best ways we have found for nuturing the
oneness we now have is to pray and study the bible together.
If your world is so fast that you do not have time to spend
with your mate to pray and read the Bible, you may find
yourself eventually going down a road that is very
unpleasant. We encourage you to examine your priorities! By
keeping God first, your whole life will come together. The
wisdom of the Bible will never let you down! That is the one
thing you can count on in these very uncertain days!
